All new furniture, furnishings, and freshly remodeled. Great location, 8 minutes to airport and central to 6 or 7 beaches. Pool was fantastic and we found the people very friendly. Most appreciated were the new beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler. Gated community added to the sense of security. Host was great and we look forward to visiting again! Thanks again to our host Bianca!

My family has been vacationing in Sarasota, FL since I was an infant, and I’ve always associated wonderful memories with this area.
Whether we were enjoying the white sand at Siesta Key Beach, or visiting St. Armand’s Circle for ice cream and shopping, Sarasota was always sure to be a wonderful time!
Serenata is the perfect location to enjoy all Sarasota has to offer: quick access to multiple beaches, minutes to major shopping centers, and easy access to other local attractions.
It was the perfect choice for me to help others experience all I’ve been privileged to enjoy over the years in this beautiful area!
