The living space is simple, comfortable, and welcoming—great for relaxing after a day exploring. The master bedroom features a sliding glass door that opens to a private backyard, giving you a quiet spot to unwind.



Located in a peaceful neighborhood less than a mile from Chetco Point Park, you’ll have easy access to ocean views, beach walks, and seasonal whale watching. The area is also known for salmon, halibut, and crab—perfect for outdoor lovers.



This is an older home with some updates and ongoing improvements, offering a laid-back, lived-in charm rather than a luxury feel. More amenities, including fire pit, are coming soon.



For security and transparency, there is one exterior camera located at the front door, facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.

Cozy Cottage By The Sea in Brookings, Oregon provided a very comfortable location to unwind and explore the Southern Oregon Coast and Northern California Coast. A very pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach, close to the jetty provides great views and enjoyable bird watching. House is nicely appointed and arranged. Back patio was enjoyable and the owners appear to be making more updates. If we can make it back to Brookings, we hope we can stay here again. Clean house, excellent communication with host, and a very easy to find location.
