The place we were showed was NOT where we were showed. There was one viable camera in the living room, we didn’t stick around long enough to see where else cameras might have been. The whole place gave us the creeps and we went and stayed somewhere else. I had never used Vrbo before, and at this point of disputing my stay, I will most likely NEVER use the website again. This has been one of the most frustrating situations I have ever been in! I will never recommend this or use Vrbo again!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations. Shortly after check-in, the guest contacted us and stated the property was not what they expected and chose to leave. We asked if there was anything we could assist with at that time, however no specific concerns were shared. For clarity, there is a visible device positioned toward the entry area only. It is not actively recording, remains unplugged, and is not placed in any private space. We are always happy to address any concerns during a guest’s stay and would have gladly clarified this immediately if it had been brought to our attention. We wish you the best in your future travels.
