This quaint home features a king bed, a queen bed, a twin trundle bed, and a cozy futon full bed located on the second floor common area, perfect for families or groups. Guests can relax in the fabulous living room or second floor common area, with streaming TVs . With two bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient. The house offers heating and AC, with ceiling fans located throughout the house, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. In a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of several bars and restaurants of Little Italy, Little Bohemia, and the Old Market. Keep busy exploring the area, approximately located within a one mile walk or share ride to the CHI Convention Center/Arena, Kiewit’s Luminarium, Hot Shops Art Center, the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge, the Henry Doorly Zoo, Charles Schwab Baseball Field the Home of the College World Series, the Children’s Museum, the Durham Museum, and the Botanical Gardens.
