The Salty Bear is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home located in the gated Jubilation community on the quiet south end of Cape San Blas. This spacious coastal retreat offers comfort, style, and convenience. Perfect for families, groups, and outdoor enthusiasts looking to relax by the Gulf and take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Whether you're fishing, boating, scalloping, or spending long beach days in the sun; The Salty Bear delivers the ultimate retreat.



The home features a beautifully landscaped yard with a convenient access path that runs from the front of the house to the back, leading to a private fishing station, grill area, and outdoor showers; ideal for rinsing off after a day on the water.



On the main level, you’ll walk into an open-concept living space featuring a comfortable sectional with additional seating, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with a table that seats eight plus extra bar seating at the counter. Also on this level is a bunk room with custom-built bunk beds featuring a twin-over-twin and a queen-over-queen setup, complete with two TVs for upper and lower bunk levels, making it a perfect hangout space for kids and teens. A nearby half bath adds convenience. Off the main floor, enjoy a large screened porch with an outdoor dining table, an ideal spot for morning coffee or casual meals.



Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. Two are master suites, each with a king bed, private balcony, streaming TV, and en suite bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, with a full bathroom located just across the hall.



In the garage, guests will appreciate the added convenience of an ice maker and mini fridge/freezer, perfect for fishing trips, beach days, and keeping drinks cold.



Beach access is only minutes away, and guests can enjoy Gulf views from the porches. The community also features a Gulf-front swimming pool just down the block.

January and February are available for monthly rental. Please inquire for monthly rates. Reservations accepted up to one year in advance.
