This updated North Myrtle Beach rental has beautifully landscaped grounds and peaceful settings offering the perfect relaxing vacation getaway. This second floor rental (no elevator) has an inviting view of the pool enticing you to catch some warm sunshine rays. Waterway Landing has 5 large docks along the Intracoastal Waterway. Grilling areas and picnic tables are also available on this property.

Waterway Landing 210F features a master bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV, and an updated master bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combination. The comfortable living area has a queen sleepers sofa, a Smart TV, and glassed-in porch and balcony area with a pool view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and everything necessary to cook up your favorite meal. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar and a dining table that seats four. This condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer and free WiFi.

This private gated community is approximately one mile from the nearest beach access and 2 blocks from Main Street in Ocean Drive where you can find restaurants, shops, pubs, and entertainment. Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre is an entertainment venue on Main Street that has quickly become a favorite of both locals and tourists with great music and family fun!
