The second level living area is appointed with a huge sectional and flat screen TV for relaxing after an amazing day at our beautiful Gulf of Mexico! An abundance of natural light flows through the doors and windows offering a view of the large private swimming pool, fire pit and outdoor grilling station. The boutique and cozy decor of the home is super inviting with a dining table that seats ten and additional seating at the bar for five. The chef’s gourmet kitchen offers the highest grade stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler! There is a half bath on this level across from the walk in pantry as well as a second living room with chic designer chairs, the perfect sitting room!

The first level of this spectacular home has a massive mud room and laundry room with a high-efficiency full-size washer and dryer, extra fridge, and ice maker. No need to worry about hauling your groceries up to the second level, just use the dumb waiter located in the laundry room for ease! There is one bedroom on the first level with two custom built queen over queen bunk beds, wet bar, foosball table and double doors that open up to the pool. There is also full size bathroom in the hall way of the first level. Step out to your own private pool to soak up the Florida sunshine, grill your local catch of the day, or build a fire to tell stories by under the stars! Play a friendly game of ping pong or relax and watch the flat screen TV by the pool! All TVs are Roku streaming smart TVs so you can log into your own Netflix and pick up right where you left of on your favorite show.

Make your way up to the third level of this home to find a fun kids hang out area where there are two sets of twin bunk beds. You will also find a guest room with a king-sized bed, twin daybed with twin trundle, and private en suite. This ensuite has a tub and separate glass enclosed shower, double sinks and a massive walk in closet. The second guest room on this level has a king-sized bed, twin size bed, and a jack and jill bathroom with a shower and tub combo, and one sink.

The fourth level boasts the beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed, french doors leading out to a private balcony and huge en suite with a soaking tub, double vanities and shower. The master bedroom also has a queen sized day bed with a twin trundle for extra sleeping arrangements. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from the fourth floor wet bar on the huge balcony while taking in the beach breeze and gulf views. Do a quick workout on the elliptical or yoga on the fourth floor landing, fit with two occasional chairs, a wet bar and a murphy bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

The carriage house is all one level and has one bedroom with a queen sized bed plus a full size bathroom with a tub and shower combo. There is a living room area, dining table for four, and a full size kitchen. Additionally there is a twin over full size bunk bed for extra sleeping arrangements.
