The adjacent walk-in closet provides ample storage for your convenience

Living & Dining/Workspace Areas – A sleek living zone graced with mid-century modern design furniture, brand new Roku TV and a curated coffee/tea bar. A tulip table and two comfy chairs are provided for dining/working.

Kitchenette/Laundry room featuring new retro-style microwave, fridge, sink and washer and dryer.

Amenities – Stay connected with 1 Gbps high-speed internet, perfect for streaming or remote work. The Roku TV is ready for you — guest mode is enabled to sign into your own streaming accounts.

Privacy & Access – Free street parking and enter through the secure gate to your private downstairs sanctuary.

You have private access to everything including the living room, bedroom, attached walk-in closet and bathroom. The kitchenette/laundry area is also private to you though if staying more than 7 days, we will coordinate to share use.

Yard Access – While you have yard access, we ask you keep it limited to the first portion of the yard as I am working in the studio in the back portion and it is shared with our friendly 4½-year-old Labrador Retriever.

Fireplace- The fireplace is turned off and will not be available for use.

This guest suite is a fully renovated basement unit, with its own private entrance through the gated driveway. All spaces listed—bedroom, living room, walk-in closet, bathroom, laundry/kitchenette—are completely private for your stay.

Light: The bedroom has an egress window, and the living room also includes one, plus three additional windows (6 total) and a half glass door, so natural light streams in.

Ceiling: The ceilings are almost 7 feet high, adding openness.

Families: Please note that our space is not baby/child proof.

Noise: Our quite hours are from 10pm to 8am. While we will keep noise and footsteps to a minimum, you will hear sounds from upstairs, including my dog walking and lying down on the floor. My husband works in the office above the bedroom—but only between roughly 9 am and 5 pm during weekdays. We will keep our dog away from upstairs after 10pm to minimize sounds while you sleep.

Thermostat & Temperature: The thermostat is located upstairs. We typically set the temperature around 70°F for comfort. If you feel too warm or too cool, just let me know and we’ll adjust it for you.
