Der Aufenthalt war, wie auch beim letzten Mal toll. Klar gibt es ein paar Dinge, die verbessert werden könnten, aber wir haben jns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Was wir nicht verstehen ist die Preissteigerung für das nöchste Jahr. Tatsächlich sollen es für den gleichen Zeitraum im Sommer 800 mehr sein. Das ist fragwürdig und mt nichts zu rechtfertigen. Ansonsten würden wir gerne nochmal wieder kommen, aber nicht bei dieser Steigerung des Preises.

Sehr nette Kontaktperson, super Sicht aufs saubere Meer. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet allerdings nichts für Jemanden mit hohen Ansprüchen. Ein Neuanstrich der Wände und Vorhänge überall würden die Wohning aufwerten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Uns hats gefallen

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und in einer absolut super Lage. Zum sehr schönen Strand sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es hat eigentlich an nichts gefehlt. Der Sonnenschirm hatte zwei gebrochene Streben, war aber nutzbar (die Sonne scheint ab morgens auf die Terrasse, der Schirm war unbedingt notwendig). Die zwei Badezimmer sind für 4 Personen komfortabel. Waschmaschine hat gut funktioniert. Die Küche ist recht groß und bietet genug Arbeitsfläch.

Traumhafte Lage. Appartement mit super Raumaufteilung, gerade mit Hund! Große Terrasse mit Grillplatz, fantastischer Blick. Küchenutensilien eher befriedigend, Stühle fehlen, teils kaputt. Terrassenmobiliar Erneuerungsbedürftig!!

Una terraza maravillosa con vistas a la playa

La casa es muy sencilla pero tiene lo justo. Lo mejor es la gran terraza que tiene desde donde se ve toda la playa de San Pietro a Mare y unas preciosas puestas de sol. También destacar que la casa tiene aire acondicionado, muy importante en los meses de verano. La zona está muy bien, la casa está en un pinar en primera línea y en frente en la playa hay dos chiringuitos que están muy bien. La playa es muy grande por lo que nunca hay aglomeraciones. Es de arena en gran parte, y cubre bastante.

Das Objekt liegt sehr schön und ist toll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter vor Ort, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal dorthin fahren

appartamento discreto ampio abbastanza carino nel complesso Pulizia pessima ho dovuto ripulire il tutto. cura dell alloggio inesistente assistenza in loco scarsa ho richiesto delle tende doccia di ricambio dopo aver candeggiato quelle già esistenti perchè indecenti ,ho richiesto degli scopini wc perchè sempre indecenti mi è stato detto che li avrebbero portati ma nessuno lo ha fatto. Zona spiaggia atrezzata e locali nei dintorni eccellenti.
