This property was perfect !! Very clean and decorated beautifully. My sisters and I came on a girls trip and had a wonderful time. We went to the antique stores and enjoyed sitting at the house just talking. The views were great from the house. Hope to come back soon .

Everything was very nice and clean with minimal Knick knacks. And the hosts were so nice, they even gave suggestions on restaurants. Just all around great experience

Everything about this place was perfect… the decor, the location, and the overall house its self. The only thing I would suggest is the water pressure needs some work. But other than that it was a great place and would highly highly recommend it to anyone.

This home is fantastic! Conveniently located, comfortable, affordable and cozy. We LOVED it and plan on staying here often when we are in the area. The hosts were responsive and accomodating. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for almost anything you would need if you plan to cook. Even a mixer! Which we used to make tiramisu :) The flowers were beautiful and the decor was lovely. My experience staying in Franklin area, many hosts "cheap themselves out of repeat bookings," because they fail to provide adequate things such as: laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. This home was generously appointed with all essentials. It's pretty, it's clean, it's comfortable. Only one thing could make it better, if there was a cat, lol. (Miss our kitties when we go out of town) Honestly one of our very favorite homes we have stayed at in the area, which is saying a lot, because we have booked numerous homes. Five plus stars. Highly recommend, hope to return. Thank you for providing such a quality home, your attention to detail was appreciated and we loved it!

This may possibly be the best house we have ever rented from VRBO. We had six adults who were all very comfortable! We loved the cleanliness, the roominess, the overall relaxed feeling we got when we returned from our adventures hiking to waterfalls. Highly recommend this house!

This rental is super clean and spacious. Access is a short, easy, paved drive from the main highway. The single-level floor plan is a plus for older renters. The master king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with two sink vanities. The living room has a huge smart tv screen mounted on the wall. Two more bedrooms and a large den with another tv are at the opposite end. Kitchen has most of what is needed to cook and serve meals. Ninja coffee maker is single serve grounds or pods. The dining table is large enough for at least 8. My wife’s favorite was the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. My favorite was the back porch. Gas grill looked brand new (we didn’t use it). The location is very convenient for day trips to Clayton, Dillard, Dillsboro, Sylva, Waynesville, Bryson City. One suggestion is to add something in master shower to hold shampoo, soap. Checkout was easy and nice not to have to find garbage dump when leaving.

This rental is lovely. Very clean and is equipped with all essentials. Very comfortable and roomy. Internet works great along with tv. Definitely a good decision.

This home is very roomy and beautifully appointed. There are thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The house is very clean and neat. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and available. The yard is pretty and well kept. There is lots of room for families and kids.
