★ Pet-Friendly Home:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Max 1). Must be added to the guest count. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets. Pets must not be left unattended, are not permitted on furniture or bedding, and must be cleaned up after promptly in the yard. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
★ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
⚠ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the external entrance points to the home: the garage and the front door.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.
