Property appears recently remodeled and very clean. More space than my wife and I needed but we liked the location and the fact it’s been updated. The driveway is pretty steep but manageable. The garage was accessible and we used it for parking. Property is pet friendly, however the back yard is not fully fenced in. Our dogs have good recall so it wasn’t a problem. Overall it was a great stay.
House is very nice in residential neighborhood with large pine trees near the university and commercial areas. Only problem was the power was out in the neighborhood the evening we arrived. Property manager was helpful and arranged for another property the first night. Hosts provided a gift card for the inconvenience. The only issue that should be better described in the online listing is the steepness for the driveway (15-20%).Drivers need to be very careful entering and existing the property.
The Troxler house was very nice to stay in. It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked, and fully functional. Check-in and check-out were both easy. Things to note: the driveway is steep as mentioned in the listing, there is room in the garage for a car and a level spot in front of the garage to park making in manageable; there are plenty of exterior security cameras covering all entrances and most of the grounds; there is a decent amount of road noise form the interstate.
This was the cleanest most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. I slept in the room with the two full sized beds and they were very comfortable. Our group included kids who loved the Pac Man machine. It was nice having two living rooms so the kids could be in one and the adults in another. This location is very close to Fort Tuthill and Lake Mary. You really get the mountain feel with this property with so many pine trees in the neighborhood and in the backyard. Very lovely!
