Secluded home nestled in the forest on 5 spacious acres among huge Ponderosa Pine trees. Plenty of entertainment for the entire family, and includes a beautiful deck and outdoor patio with a gas fire-pit , and a gas grill for entertaining all your guests. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard able to contain medium sized dogs and larger. Elk and wildlife frequent the property and neighborhood, with plenty of hiking trails and a nearby stream/waterfall for the outdoor enthusiast. Great vacation home for individuals or families with kids, and can accommodate several families comfortably without tripping over one another. Enjoy all Flagstaff and the northern Arizona area has to offer as the south rim of the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Petrified forest, Sunset Crater, Lake Powell, and other Arizona highlights are all within a 2 hour drive from the property, making it the perfect stepping off point to explore these Arizona wonders. When you're on the property you'll feel as though you're deep in the woods, but the property is just 10 minutes from the Flagstaff Mall, Harkins movie theaters, and other east-side Flagstaff restaurants and just 15 Miles to Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort and Northern Arizona University. The home has 3,600 total Sq. Feet - 1,800 up top with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, and the basement has an additional 1,800 Sq. ft and is the perfect retreat for the kids. The Basement Rec room has a Foosball table, Big Screen TV, Electronic darts and plug-ins for streaming devices or video gaming systems to keep everyone entertained. The basement also contains the 4th bedroom, which, with its queen sized bed and Twin/Full bunk beds is perfect for a small family.

Ceiling Fans are located throughout the home and additional stand fans and portable A/C units are available as needed.

The house was as pictured. It was a wonderful time for our extended family including our two dogs. There was plenty of games for the kids and relaxing seating for the adults. Easy access to the local city for food and supplies. A short drive to the grand canyon.

Great location! Just out of town which made it feel secluded, yet only 5 minute drive from town. Great views of the snow capped San Francisco Peaks. Awesome game room down stairs. Clean and comfy rooms.

We had a great time in this home. Plenty of space for the 4 kids. They loved the game room and the big yard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Host was fast to respond to questions and super nice. I would book with this property again.

This home was even nicer than the pictures! Comfortable, spacious, and so quiet under the trees! Kitchen was well equipped. The yard was great for our yellow lab to run around in. Close to shopping if you need to pick up a few things. And the owner was great to work with. Highly recommend this home for your stay in Flagstaff.

This well appointed home is tucked away in the pines. We could really see the stars during our visit! The 5 fenced acre acres was really fun for our collie to hang out in. The neighborhood is quiet and the location of the home is excellent relative to restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, etc. Communication was always prompt and helpful. We highly recommend!

To say that this day exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The home is lovely, uncomfortable, and had everything we needed. The outdoor space, however, is where we spent most of our time to relish the spectacular natural beauty. We sat out by the fire pit on our first evening and watched a herd of at least 100 elk graze and walk-through the adjacent properties. We thought that was beautiful… But then we saw the stars! If you have an appreciation for stargazing, this is your place! I didn’t even mind getting up in the middle of the night to let our dogs out because I could look up and see the magical sky. It looked like 1 million diamonds! We are in close communication with our host, mostly to share our appreciation for their home and property and to share pictures of the spectacular herd of elk. He was responsive immediately to any of our questions. Our only regret is that we were there for only two nights. we will absolutely, positively return for a longer stay.

Likes: kitchen and kitchen supplies, very roomy, comfy beds, plenty of linens. Lots of games in game room.Bathrooms need updating. Cannot close drains in sinks or one tub. Cushions for deck furniture old and stained.

Peaceful Retreat
