The private 90 m2 floor, accessible via a private staircase above the main house, has been carefully decorated to ensure your comfort. It offers a spacious living area equipped with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, in addition to a breakfast area with a dining table, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwashing facilities. Although there is no fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, crockery, and glasses are available. The two attractively furnished bedrooms promise a good night's sleep; one with an electrically adjustable double bed and one with two single box-spring beds. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer.

The garden offers a private piece of paradise exclusively for our guests. This green haven, partly reserved for visitors to our guest rooms, serves as the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation. Our garden, recognised and admired by the "offener Garten" Gesellschaft der Staudenfreunde, invites quiet moments amid beautiful flora.
