I truly enjoy being a host and sharing this unique place that I hold dear to my heart. This home has been part of my family for generations, and it brings me joy to welcome others here so they can experience it too.
I love hiking and biking, and I’m deeply drawn to the high vibration of Sedona—its breathtaking red rock views, expansive starry nights, and the funky, creative community of artists and makers that give this town its soul. This place reflects all of that. It’s honest, inspiring, and true to my heart.
I hope you feel the same sense of connection, beauty, and ease while you’re here.

Why they chose this property
My grandfather built this home in 1962, and it has remained in our family for generations. It’s a unique and humble property that I wanted to share with others—one that reflects what Sedona was all about in its early days.
The home has stunning views and a timeless, retro vibe, rooted in simplicity, craftsmanship, and connection to the land. Located within walking distance to Uptown Sedona—the oldest part of town—you’re just minutes from charming shops, restaurants, and galleries, yet still tucked into a peaceful, historic neighborhood.
This is not a luxury resort—it’s an authentic Sedona home with soul, incredible views, and an unbeatable location. A special place to slow down, take in the landscape, and experience Sedona the way it once was.

What makes this property unique
The property sits in a truly unique location, thoughtfully designed to honor both the land and the views. The breezeway and carport reflect the home’s original mid-century character, while the house itself is built directly into the red-rock bedrock. Because of this, the “front” of the house is actually tucked into the hill, and the “back” opens outward—an intentional design choice made to fully capture Sedona’s stunning vistas.
Located in one of Sedona’s oldest neighborhoods, the property carries a deep sense of history. My grandfather personally built the hand-laid rock walls and terraced the hillside all the way to the top, creating a beautiful, grounded connection to the landscape that still defines the home today.
Built into solid bedrock, the house naturally stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter, making it comfortable year-round. The location is both peaceful and incredibly convenient—just a seven-minute walk to town, where you’ll find charming restaurants, cafés, and local shops.
This is a friendly, welcoming place to stay, offering an authentic Sedona experience at an accessible price point for those who want to explore, relax, and truly connect with the land.
