Our cottage is located beautifully and very quiet in the midst of old pine and eucalyptus trees in a well-tended residence.
The cottage offers stunning sea views from the balcony and its garden terrace towards the bay of Cavalaire-sur-mer and Bay de BonPorteau.

The secured resort offers 2 tennis courts and a large 25m swimming pool together with a separate children's pool.

Within walking distance in 10 to 15 minutes from the center and harbor of Cavalaire.

Surrounding villages like Saint Tropez 16km, Port Grimaud 14km, Le Lavandou 20km, Cannes 80km and Nice 110km offer unforgettable trips.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und die Böden sowie die Badezimmer waren bei unserer Ankunft sauber und ordentlich. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Anlage mit Blick auf das Meer, der große Pool und die tolle Lage – nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt.Einige Bereiche der Anlage wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten an manchen Stellen ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit vertragen. Im Haus hätte die Küche und Ihre Ausstattung bei unserer Ankunft gründlicher gereinigt sein können, Geschirr und Besteck wirkten "klebrig", und die Besteckschublade hätte eine Grundreinigung vertragen.Insgesamt haben wir uns jedoch sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus können wir daher weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlhaus

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Pool. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien aménagée, propre et au calme. A 25 m à pied de la plage sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire. Résidence sécurisée avec piscine est un véritable atout. La personne qui nous a accueillie ainsi que le gardien sont très disponibles. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Un super séjour

Une propriété très agréable avec terrasse dans une résidence près de la mer, à proximité des plages, de Cavalaire et des sentiers du littoral. Nous recommandons!

Très bien

Logement très propre à notre arrivée. Aucun vis à vis , conception sur 2 niveaux originale et agréable. Equipement au top ( mieux que chez moi !) à 1 minute de la piscine ( également très bien entretenue) à 15 minutes à pieds d'une petite plage très agréable . Le cadre calme . Petite terrasse " cosy" ( seul petit bémol : la table extérieure un peu vieillissante et pas d'éclairage sur la terrasse pour prolonger la soirée) Obligation de prendre la voiture pour les courses / un peu loin à pieds du port de cavalaire mais nous n'avons personnellement eu aucun soucis pour nous garer. Nous reviendrons !
