This three bedroom vacation rental is situated right at the edge of Graswang with undisturbed views of the stunning nature surrounding it. The kitchen and dining area opens to the Southwest facing patio and garden with ample seating space and great views.

Graswang is located very centrally among world renowned attractions such as the Bavarian Royal Palace Linderhof, Ettal Monestary as well as the traditional Bavarian city of Oberammergau, all of which are within hiking distance (alternatively a short bus ride away).

Just a little further by car are the city of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Bavarian Royal Palace Neuschwanstein and many other attractions.

The approach to the property is through a very peaceful village set in the valley with roads that are very easy to drive. The surroundings make you realise this property is going to be a special place to stay. Martin, the host, greeted us at the gated access and immediately made us feel most welcomed and at home. Martins English is excellent which is an added bonus as ashamedly I cannot speak German. A car port is provided for parking which is large enough to cover two cars which in our case was a large SUV and a box trailer. Martin helped to push the trailer under the port and explained everything we needed to know and advised on sights to visit.The property is a two storey building with the ground floor being the accommodation. Access to the entrance is all level and the door comprises a digital lock which is good for security and saves carrying around a key.The images show exactly what the accommodation is like, modern, clean and spacious. I couldn't believe how clean and large the property is which gave a positive feeling knowing that our base was so good. The attention to detail by the hosts is second to none and there wasn't anything else we could ask for. The garden area is large and a modern gas BBQ provided along with furniture.Most relaxing sitting in the garden viewing the beautiful countryside and sunsets.The location is ideal to reach all of the attractions.Accommodation is supreme and the hosts superb and I will defiantly aim to return in the future.

Die Unterkunft von Martin und Ines war die sauberste und am besten ausgestattetste, die wir je hatten. Da wir auch im Urlaub selbst kochen, war ich begeistert, wie gut und umfassend die Küche bestückt war. Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch wie beschrieben mitten in den Bergen am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse, man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Ein rundherum gelungenes Domizil, vielen Dank an Martin und Ines .

Wunderschön gelegene FeWo am Ortsrand von Graswang. Es geht direkt vom Haus in die Natur und Berge. FeWo ist modern, sehr sauber, praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Sehr unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Ruhe genossen und entspannt. Wir kommen gern wieder! Danke an Familie Högl!

Super schöne und saubere Wohnung

Wir hatten als Familie mit vier Kindern eine wunderschöne Woche bei Ines & Martin. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Randlage mit Blick auf die Berge war sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Herbsturlaub (Mitte Oktober) in Graswang verbracht, auch mit viel Wetterglück. Der Ort ist auch gut gelegen, so dass man selbst im Herbst noch viel Sonne bekommt. Die Familie Högl sind äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die einem das Gefühl geben, willkommen zu sein. Danke dafür! Die Ferienwohnung liegt buchstäblich am Ende des Ortes, man läuft direkt vom Gartenzaun los auf den Wanderweg. Es gibt zwei Richtungen, entweder Richtung Linderhof oder Richtung Oberammergau bzw Ettal. Alle Richtungen sind gut mit Kinderwagen begehbar und sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sie bietet genügend Freifläche und Raum, um es als fünfköpfige Familie darin zu entspannen. Es wäre sogar noch ein Zimmer für weitere zwei Gäste frei gewesen. Die Küche ist ausserordentlich gut ausgestattet, viele Geräte und Kochutensilien, die wir aus Erfahrungen anderer Wohnungen vorsorglich mitgenommen hatten, konnten wir im Auto lassen. Der Ausblick vom Küchentisch auf den Wald und die Berge im Hintergrund ist fantastisch und macht richtig Laune am Morgen. Und auch das große Wohnzimmerfenster bietet ein wunderbares Panorama. Wir würden und wollen sehr gerne mal wiederkommen.

Es war wieder Traumhaft!

Wir Haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Moderne Wohnung bietet einen schönen Kontrast zur idyllischen Landschaft. Der Martin hat uns wieder herzlich empfangen. Solche Vermieter wünscht man sich, wenn man ganz entspannt Urlaub machen möchte. Die Umgebung hat bei jedem Wetter etwas zu bieten, so dass man das ganze Jahr hier Urlaub machen kann. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und entsprach der Beschreibung bzw. den Bildern zu dem Objekt. Sie befand sich in dem letzten Haus einer Sackgasse und bot freien Blick auf das schöne Ammertal und die Bergwelt. Als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu vielseitigen Sehenswürdigkeiten war unser Urlaubsdomizil perfekt. Der schriftliche und persönliche Kontakt zu den Eheleuten Högl war freundlich und informativ.

Optimales Objekt, Ausstattung und Lage geht nicht besser

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was eine Familie braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr grosszügig angelgt, von der Wohnung bis hin zum Garten und Parkplatz. Das WLan funktioniert hervorragend, ist auch gut, da der öffentliche Empfang Ruhe bietet. Von dort sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen in kürzester Zeit gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen zu den netten Vermietern gern wieder.

Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt

Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wunderbar gelegen in den Ammergauer Alpen, top gepflegt, überaus sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit sehr gut, schnell und informativ. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Freizeitaktivitäten und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind zahllos. Dazu finden sich im Haus auch sehr viele Anregungen und Hinweise. Eine Woche war leider viel zu kurz!
