Urlaub

Die Mischbatterie in der Küche ist defekt, laut Gästebuch auch wohl schon mehrfach angesprochen. Couch ist unbequem und teilweise defekt. Am Kartoffelschäler und Grundausstattung fehlte Einiges. Objekt liegt zwar nahe am Bahnhof aber nicht zentral. Es sind schon einige Laufminuten mehr bis zur Promenade als angegeben. Für Familie mit Kleinkinder zwar ideal, für uns eher nicht so.

Im Punkt Qualität gibt es kleinere Gebrauchsspuren zu bemängeln, die durch Nutzung vieler Mieter halt entstehen. Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben, und wiederkommen werden.

Hier kann man urlauben

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Lage und ist großzügig geschnitten. Die Einrichtung ist modern und von klein bis groß fühlten wir uns alle wohl. Bei der Verkabelung hat der Elektriker aber etwas gemurkst und nicht alle Schalter tun das was sie sollen. Die Dusche ist eine reine Wechseldusche und wird im wechsel heiß und kalt.

Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich wäre es mal wieder Zeit für ein paar kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen zB. Befestigen des Handtuchhalters.

Geräumige, moderne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Perfekt für vier Personen, gute Küchenausstattung, 15 min bis zur Strandpromenade, modern und sauber, ruhig obwohl es in der Nähe der Straße liegt. Schöner Balkon. Guter Service der Agentur, Schlüssel bekommt man bei Bedarf in einem Safe mit Code direkt am Haus - unkompliziert.
