The 100 sqm penthouse apartment has an open living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including shower and bathtub), it can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV and a washing machine. Furthermore, the child-friendly holiday apartment has a cot, a baby bed and a high chair. On the partly covered sun terrace, equipped with sun beds and lounge furniture, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. In less than 10 minutes walking distance you can reach the centre of Golfo Aranci, where you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés. The nearest beach is only 500 m away (a 5-minute walk).

Very functional property with spectacular views and very good support from the team. It is by no means luxurious though. The bedding, towels, plates, etc. are all basic. Golfo Aranci is a great location. A traditional Italian beach town. There are several amazing beaches within a few minutes drive. You can use the beaches for free with your own chairs or rent beds at one of many clubs and restaurants. The apartment does not have beach access but has spectacular views from the amazing terrace. You can walk to the water front for a dip if you are OK with rocks and rough terrain.ProsCleanFriendly staffAmazing views ConsMain bathroom has only a tubFurniture and finishes are functional, but could appear cheapNeeds more simple accessories like towel hangersBeaches would be a long walk. Practically accessible only by car.

Had an incredibly healing week of digital detoxing up in penthouse 12A. The apartment is very clean and modern and the ocean views and sounds on the rooftop balcony are spectacular, being able to watch the sunrise during every breakfast was a particular highlight. Alessandro the host was super helpful and responsive. The town is a just a short walk away and has everything you need for an authentic Sardinian experience. Will absolutely be back!

Empfehlenswertes Appartment

Pros: Das Appartment war so, wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Highlight ist die grandiose Terrasse mit dem Ausblick auf das thyrrenische Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Cons: Leider keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Mückenalarm.
