145 m² spread over 2 floors, 4 rooms, including 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, a toilet and a small bathroom with a shower on the upper floor; on the lower floor is the living room with a rustic wood-burning stove and a sunny veranda, a large dining table, a kitchen, a toilet on the ground floor, and an infrared sauna,
