This double holiday home half (other half Inselhaus Poel 2, also for 4 people) in Kaltenhof awaits you with a cozy living room with TV, fireplace and open fitted kitchen.

Here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet on the ground floor.

An infrared heat cabin makes even cool days cozy.
Enjoy cold days in your heat cabin, that's how vacation is fun!

Children's travel cot and high chair are available for the little guests.

A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds await up to 4 people on the upper floor.

Zu Frage 3: wir hatten vor Ort keinen Kontakt zu Mitarbeiter. Zum Lob: siehe Bewertung der 4 anderen Kategorien. Außerdem sehr gute Matrazen. Zur Kritik: Kein richtiger Kleiderschrank, sehr alte und muffige Kleiderbügel, die Betten waren nur 1,90 m lang. Die Treppe in den ersten Stock ist betreffend Gepäcktransport mit Koffern sehr schmal.

Gemütliches Haus ruhig und angeschieden

Gemütliche kleine Doppelhaushälfte mit Garten und Terrasse und guter Ausstattung. Lage ist Top nur wenige Minuten zum Ostseestrand Die Zufahrt ist etwas ungeschickt angelegt, so dass man nur mit kleinen wendigen Autos bis zum Haus kommt.

Sehr helle, saubere Unterkunft und freundliches Servicepersonal. Gute Lage und ruhige Umgebung. Die Matratzen waren leider etwas durchgelegen und dadurch unbequem. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus ist zwar praktisch, dennoch selbst mit einem normalen PKW schwer zu erreichen. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub... liebe Grüße, Familie Mende

Leider fehlte nicht nur WLAN, sondern allgemein das Netz. Super für Menschen, die das im Urlaub nicht haben wollen. Im Jahr 2022 für uns absolut notwendig. Wir konnten nicht mal die von euch bereit gestellte App (die total Klasse ist!) richtig nutzen. Der Service allgemein (Kühlschrank füllen, Brötchenservice, die Abwicklung der Buchung vorab problemlos per Mail und App) war unschlagbar gut.

Insel und Unterkunft ließen keine Wünsche offen. Trotz der vielen Häuser war die Individualität gewahrt, es war ruhig und erholsam. Da wir außer zur Schlüsselübernahme (hat gut funktioniert!) keinen Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern hatten, wird die Frage nicht bewertet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der "Verkehrsanschluss" des Ferienhauses. Ein Hinweisschild auf die Hausnummern am Bernsteinweg wäre nicht schlecht.
