Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please text upon leaving property to allow our Cleaning Crew into property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES ! A/C minimum at 70 degrees. Keep ALL Door CLOSED at ALL times to avoid AC to freeze. A fee of $250 for repair if frozen upon check out.
IF A PET FEE WAS PAID: No more than 1 pet per stay: Dogs/Pets NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP ON BEDs. Please bring your dog's place/ its own bed.
Take out garbage to the end of the front driveway on Monday and Thursday mornings before 9am

This stay exceeded our expectations! The location was fantastic, it was a quick drive to Fort Pierce which had everything we needed. The home right on the waterway and had great fishing. We made so many family memories with backyard cookouts, gorgeous sunsets and hot tub sits. The place was exceptionally clean and updated with everything we needed. Hosts were fantastic communicators. I would very highly recommend this stay!
