If you remain a guest on Sunday or checking out on a Sunday, kindly place trash cart at the street curb of the carport space for Monday AM trash pickup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sensitive septic system. Except for natural waste and toilet paper, DO NOT FLUSH anything down the toilet. NOT EVEN FLUSHABLE WIPES or BABY WIPES.
Absolutely no smoking or use of illegal substance in the home. Charge is minimum $200 fee and eviction. You will be charged for deep cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay! This townhouse is very spacious and very clean. It is close to LSUS and in nice area. We felt safe and would stay here again. There is plenty of room and the beds were new with nice linens. It has everything you would expect in a VRBO.

The entire of house was amazing!! It was clean and homey. The bride to be said if she could 110 stars for cleanliness, she would. She really appreciated that. She was very happy with everything. The host was very responsive. Very convenient to different places and nice neighborhood.
