The space features two king size beds, two queen size beds, a double bunk bed, and two twin beds in bonus room/ loft perfect for families or groups. Has 3-1/2 bathrooms guests can enjoy plenty of privacy and convenience. Master Bedroom is located on the main floor with private master bath with Washer & dryer. The cabin stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Basement has a game room and hot tub on same level. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this pleasant cabin offers a brilliant setting to make lasting memories. The Coosawattee River Resort also offers great year around amenities, i.e., heated Olympic size swimming pool, gym, game room, etc. Enjoy floating down the river and all that Ellijay has to offer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please try to return all items back as you found them. Keep the kitchen organized and clean all small appliances you may have used. Clean the grill is used. Dispose of ash and unburned firewood.
Leave all dirty towels on the bathroom floors. Do not strip the beds. Please log out of all apps on the smart TV's.
Trash must be bagged and placed in the trash bin outside. Please close the lid and used the clip to prevent bears from opening the lid. A $50 fee will be charged if housekeeping has to pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house and property was great! Had plenty of room, gorgeous views, and great amenities! We had everything we needed there. It was easy to get to and good parking!! I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anybody looking for a place. The host was fabulous about communicating with me prior to the stay and when we checked in. Definitely five stars!

The host was very helpful with checking in very responsive and generous. Our stay was amazing, the game room especially the basketball game was a hit. Would definitely recommend.

We named the cabin (Little Bear) after our son’s Native American Name. My wife, Julie is part of the Mataponi tribe in West Point, VA, which is part of the Powhatan Nation (Pocahontas’ tribe). I was a US Navy Diver/DMT and Retired after 26 years of continuous service to our great nation. Although we consider ourselves Beach Bums, we also like the mountains. We love the outdoor’s and try to stay active. Life is too short! One must enjoy life as much as possible. I hope you enjoy your stay!
