Super clean and cute space! We were surprised how quiet it felt and the technology of the space was very cool! Chris was easy to connect with and the area is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It was pet friendly and the yard was perfect for our energetic dog!
Thank you Chris for sharing your apartment with my husband and I. Everything was clean. The location was wonderful ...within walking distance to a lot of shops nearby. We were able to get in with the code made available very easily and the parking in back was great! We enjoyed our visit to Louisville and hopefully will be back at some point in time. Just a wonderful experience! Thank you again Chris!
great location, quick walk to several restaurants and a bakery/cafe around the corner. Chris is very responsive and easy to communicate with! W/D combo laundry worked well for us, didn't really think it was terribly slow. Highly recommend for a Louisville trip!
The apartment was very comfortable with new furniture and appliances. Fun, vibrant neighborhood and easy walk to restaurants and Irish pubs. Two wonderful bakeries are a bock or two from you. Yard was dog friendly , safe parking, and the host was always responsive. We would stay again if every passing through Louisville again.
Stayed 4 nights for daughter’s basketball tournament. Host is a great communicator - quick checkin and addressed every concern. Parking was great to have, just know it’s a bit tight with no turn around - give time for backing out. The laundry unit is a 2 in 1 washer/dryer so only allows for small loads and takes a very long time. Bakery/coffee shop down the road was perfect for walking to.
Nice little place sort of off the beaten path (so quiet) but plenty to do within a short walk or short drive. The property was very clean and comfortable (there were two of us) and the amenities were plentiful. Chris was also very helpful and responded well to a couple messages I sent. We went for two main things other than a short get away and that was thrifting and breweries. There are plenty of both that are easy to get to. As for food, also plenty to pick from. There is a very nice small bakery / coffee shop right down the street on the corner called Wiltshire Pantry and we highly recommend it along with Big Bad Breakfast. As for the later, you definitely need to get on their wait list before you go (on a weekend any way)
You are in your own, private, little slice of the city here. With a wonderful privacy fence & a cozy front porch with fire table, the hubs & I enjoyed several hours out there between the 2 nights we were there in the evening. The traffic is a little loud, on the porch, but you hardly heard a sound in the house from outside. I was very impressed. The house has smart everything! I am almost 42 & it was my first time ever staying somewhere with a smart toilet, or using a bidet. The house was super clean, & super cozy. We didn't feel like we should not mess anything up, it, kinda felt like a friends house, or a family memeber. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If my dauggter makes it to nationals again next year I will def be seeing itlf this place is available again, or another property that Chris has. The one time we needed to contact him, he got us an answer right away!
Host was great! Available for questions and help when needed. The place was super clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed. And dog friendly. Location was convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. Many within easy walking distance. Will gladly stay there again.
My daughter and I were in Kentucky for the Suzuki string camp at UofL. These hosts are absolutely amazing!! We had our pup with us and they provide worry free, home away from home accommodations. It was exactly as described, clean, the tech was awesome, host responds with any questions… I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable week stay for the 3 of us. The location is within a short distance of anywhere you’d want to go and the neighborhood is extremely walkable. We’re planning on the camp for next year and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but with these guys again!
