The southern, country setting invites you to relax and unwind after a day in the city. Curl up with a book under 200 yr old Oaks, cool off in the pool, walk to nearby historic downtown & enjoy antique shops, boutiques & restaurants. 1 block from a grocery store this cottage feels like a true home away from home. Enjoy all that Havana & Tallahassee have to offer when you stay at our place.

Ed is a retired Fire Captain & Michele is a pianist-from Bradenton, FL now living the quiet country life in Havana, FL. We’ve hosted for close to 10 years now and enjoy giving guests great hospitality when they stay in one of our properties. We have a Boston Terrier, Beau, age 10 & a French Bulldog, Peaches, 5 yrs. When we’re not in Havana we are in N GA at our Rustic Retreat Blue Ridge, GA-also available to vacationers.
Why they chose this property
Everything is walkable: park, library, historic downtown with shops & restaurants, grocery store & more. We live in a 1915 farmhouse on a 3 acre greenspace with the cottage set behind. Peaceful residential area where southern hospitality is the norm!
What makes this property unique
Affordable, completely equipped home, with use of our pool. You’re on our property should you need us but you’re separate and your space is completely private.
