Yet, it is only about 150 to 200 meters from the center of Matulji, a small, charming town at the entrance to the Kvarner Bay. The forest surrounding the building on two sides provides additional tranquility.

The beautifully landscaped garden, with a terrace, a barbecue area, and numerous flowers and vines, is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. A garage is available for each half of the house. Additional covered parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.

The two houses are very well equipped; the interiors were designed with great attention to detail by the landlord, who also lives on the property, so you as a guest will immediately feel at home.

Thanks to the proximity to the center, you can quickly reach the town with its shops, restaurants, and supermarket. Grocery stores, bakeries, a pizzeria, and the market, where you can also buy fresh fish, are within walking distance. The nearest grocery store and bakery are just 150 meters from the house. A larger supermarket is approximately 250 meters away. Your holiday home is also a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area.

Pets are welcome for a small fee. Since the property is fenced and the driveway is secured by a gate, your four-legged friends can roam freely. Use of the air conditioning, washing machine, and internet is free of charge. The garage is also available at no extra cost.

The beauty of the house's location lies in the fact, that, while secluded from the view, and as private as possible, it is still in the center of Matulji – a small, but conveniently located town at the entrance of the Kvarner bay.

You are welcome to use the-28 sq-meter-living space and park your car in the nearby garage. Also, there is a patio and a beautiful garden with barbecue at your disposal.

The holiday house is recently renovated and has again opened for visitors. It can fit 4 adults, and we encourage you to bring your pets.
