We have traveled all over the world staying in everything from 0 star to 5 star properties, and learned a lot about what makes a place special. The house has been fully renovated, inside and out! We acquired this property in 2024 and immediately began an inside-out refreshing renovation to bring it up to the most modern standards, with high end finishes and all new interior and exterior surfaces. During our travels we have taken extensive notes of all the best things we found and brought them here under one roof. We live nearby and know the neighborhood and Alaska well! We're happy to answer all your questions and help you figure out the best things to do in the area as well. We are new to listing on this specific platform but have 5 years and 165+ 5 star reviews on the "other one.."

This is one of the cutest and most walkable, family friendly neighborhoods in Anchorage. It's right in the middle of the Anchorage Greenbelt trail network. It is quiet and relaxed but close enough to the downtown area that you can be at a nice restaurant in less than 5-6 minutes. It's also really close to Fire Island Bakery, which you'll want to visit for sure! The neighborhood features many well-cared for small houses that were built in the 1950's. One of Anchorage's first real neighborhoods, and built before Alaska was even a state! We love the area!

This home is a super cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath centrally located near downtown Anchorage a few hundred feet from Chester Creek Greenbelt trail access. Walk to Fire Island Bakery, hike and bike the local trails, close to downtown Anchorage. Backyard fire pit with deck, Smart TV's, fast internet, beautiful kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to cook your own meals. Airport Heights is a quiet residential neighborhood where you may occasionally see a moose! **Maximum** 4 people.
