This centrally located top floor condo located in downtown Golden has it all. Fall for the mountain lifestyle in this new two bed/two bath suite. Take in the expansive views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Whether you are looking for a winter gateway or making new summer memories, Golden has it covered. With Kicking Horse Mountain Resort just 15 min drive away, six national parks at your doorstep, and incredible Golden hidden gems - you will never get bored.

This top floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo provides modern spacious accommodations for up to 6 guests. Enjoy mountain and river views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom.

Please note: the A/C is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo has large windows and may heat up depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest of summer days. We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.

The whole space (with the exception of 2 small locked cupboards) is available to you through out your stay.

I do not live in the condo building, but live in Golden and am available as you need.

We have a locked storage at the back of our allocated parking space (#404) . Please feel free to utilize this during your stay for your sports equipment - you will find the key in the suite. Please return the key to the suite on check out. There is a $250 fee for lost keys.

All aspects of the rental experience exceeded expectations. The communication was fast and frequent, the facilities were very clean and in excellent condition. The location couldn’t be better, steps from restaurants, a great local brewery and on the road to Kicking Horse Ski Resort. Highly recommend this condo.

Home away from home. Close to the hwy, restaurants and grocery stores. Place have less of a luxurious feel but sufficient for few days stay especially since we pretty much just needed a place to sleep and rest. It’s neat and tidy. Nearby suites were quiet for the most part. The washer and dryer were convenient. The kitchen is very basic. You may need to bring other items such as garbage bags, coffee , disinfectant wipes. There is a log book, where guests fill in suggested activities to do and some helpful tips for the trip. The hostess was helpful. Responded timely to concerns and questions. We were always on the go so there was not much time to ask trivial matters. I was hoping that the place had a little bit more as my previous experience with Vrbo with welcome package of red and white wine, small goodies, water, pop, coffee pods and cream to last as with our stay. I also wish they have extra mattresses since the beds are 2 person capacity and we needed one room for 3 people. Overall, the experience is good.

Golden Stay

This place is beautiful, the balcony is fabulous, walking trails and the river right outside. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as well and my 2 year old loved the bucket of toys.

Convenient location to skiing - if you have a car

Good location, well appointed two bedroom was perfect for our family ski trip. Even though Kicking Horse gondola was broken, Panorama, Lake Louise, Revelstoke were all close enough to make day trip drives.

Perfect Ski Condo

Great new condo, completely set up with everything you could want for a ski trip and then some. Location is great -- groceries and restaurants very close by in town, and it is just a short drive up to Kicking Horse. Highly recommended!

We were right at the end of the access road to Kicking Horse so a very short commute to the ski hill! The condo was very well outfitted, great kitchen, clean and comfortable. Nice to have access to a washer/dryer as well in the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
