Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all used dishes, and check that you have removed all personal belongings. Please place covers on outdoor furniture/BBQ and turn off the thermostat for any heating or cooling.
Trash service is not available on the mountain, so please plan to pack out all trash with you when you depart. It can be disposed of off of Highway 190 just above Camp Nelson at the Dump Station,
Trash can also stop by Pierpoint Bar & Grill on your way down the mountain and dispose of trash for a small fee. Any trash that is left at the cabin will result in a $150 trash fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Evidence of smoking such as burns or oder, will result in a minimum charge of $1,000. 2.
