Our place is particularly suitable for groups of friends or a family looking to for a jumping off point to explore the city. The fenced-in backyard is great for pets.

You might meet some of our eccentric neighbors, see colorful artwork, and enjoy some of the best food in Memphis. We're a short walk from Glenview Park (with walking/running trails, playground & more).

Shops & restaurants in Cooper-Young are a quick drive or walk away. Payne's bbq, Central bbq, and Soulfish offer some of what Memphis is known for and Young Avenue Deli, Maciel's Mexican, and Celtic Crossing Pub are some of our local favorites.

Enjoy exclusive use to the entire house (except for one locked cleaning closet) and the fenced-in back yard.

As soon as you step foot into this lovely home you are welcomed by a stylish, yet comfortable living room with smart tv, a foosball table, and attached bath, leading into our outfitted kitchen with new gas range, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. You'll then make your way through the dining room to the three bedrooms and additional bath. Our guests rave about the comfort of our memory foam mattresses with options for everyone––queen, full, and two twins. Our home was designed and furnished with lovely touches and amenities to provide you with everything you need for a care-free stay.

The house is located right near the main thoroughfares through Memphis. Uber & Lyft are great options for travel or mapping apps will get you out and about with ease.

Pets are welcome but there will be a $20 pet fee for extra cleanup often required. This is in addition to the regular rate and is usually applied automatically or can be paid through an app.

While our cancellation policy is set as strict, reach out to us if plans change. We usually are able to provide a full refund if someone else books our place after you cancel.
