Welcome to Evergreen Cottage! Stay in this rustic modern home in the heart of Memphis. Evergreen Cottage is located in Midtown and is close to Overton Square, Cooper-Young, Downtown and a short walk to parks, restaurants, grocery stores & more. We've included a guide for you that tells you more about the property along with recommendations for restaurants, music & attractions. High-speed internet, TV channels (free Showtime), Netflix, a record player/Bluetooth speaker and Alexa are included.

The space
You have the entire home to yourself. Upon booking you'll receive a code for the smart lock & security system. Local coffee and donuts are complimentary! Water bottles are in the fridge.

Our cleaning crew uses their own locally made organic cleaning supplies. The shampoo and soap are also made locally nearby. Conditioner is also included.

Kitchen includes all-in-one coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, and dishware. Towels are provided. Each bedroom has storage, a dresser or drawers.

The entire home is yours. A guidebook is included digitally and physically on the property. This includes things like how to use the coffee maker, security system, Alexa, as well as recommended restaurants and attractions.

Other things to note
Check-in smart lock entry: Upon arriving place hand over the smart lock to bring up the digital keypad. Enter your code given to you at the time of your reservation. The code is valid from your check-in time at 3 pm until your check-out time at 11 am. When inside the smart-lock can be locked/unlocked manually with a knob (similar to a deadbolt).

Security system: Once inside there will be a keypad on your left, above the TV, where you can enter your security system code assigned to you to arm and disarm the system.

A guide with pictures for both the smart lock entry and the security system will be sent to you upon booking.

Evergreen Cottage sleeps 8 with the queen size Sealy Airbed hidden under the entry bench. Clean sheets, duvet, and pillows for the airbed are in a box behind the sofa along with a folding luggage rack. Folding luggage racks are included in every bedroom closet as well.
