We love being so close to the Appalachian Trail and National Forest. We are in the middle of nature. We can see the AT ridgeline and are adjacent to the National Forest. Our property is easy to access and has a public, paved road all the way to the driveway. If you drive past our driveway, you will enter the National Forest. We can see the AT from our property, and hiking access to the AT is at Gooch Gap (1 mile drive/walk) or Woody Gap (3 mile drive/walk). Biking, walking, hiking, and ATV activities start at the end of our driveway.

Why they chose this property

We wanted privacy, space, peace, and a view. We found it! We also wanted property that was flat enough to grow flowers and lavender.

What makes this property unique

Easy access to the property in all weather conditions. The public road to our farm is paved, 2 lane and well maintained. There are no steep hills or dirt roads to travel to get to our property. Access to the National Forest road is immediately past our driveway, and the AT is an easy walk or drive away.
