The house faces south/east and the terrace offers a beautiful sea view. 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance, shops in town, about 1-2 km away.
The 150 square meter house has 2 separate floors, each with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom/toilet, a living room with an open kitchen, winter garden (dining room) and a covered terrace.
Around the 8m x 4m pool with stairs is the open terrace. An outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the closed property, there is a garage and parking spaces for 2 vehicles.
