This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath house is the perfect home base for your World Cup stay. Located in the heart of Kansas City with easy access to downtown, guests will find plenty of room to relax and keep up with the festivities.

Guests are greeted with a front porch and a true gem of downtown living - a driveway and 2 car garage!

Inside, guests will find a living room with a sectional and sleeper sofa with perfect views of the mounted TV. Enjoy eating at the dining table and feel free to dine in with the fully stocked kitchen. A half bath is located on the main floor off the kitchen.

Upstairs find a king bedroom and queen bedroom. Both are stocked with fresh linens, TV, and closet space if needed. The full bath is also located upstairs and offers a shower tub.

The backyard offers deck seating and an outdoor TV along with a huge backyard and it's very own soccer goal! Finally, guests can enjoy the garage set up for viewing anything on the large projector screen. Use the garage as a "man cave" or set aside the chairs to store your car.

The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet night in, this quaint and gorgeous home offers a tremendous retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember.
