This cosy holiday apartment with communal pool is located in the centre of Torrevieja, just 600 metres from the beautiful beach.



The compact apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The building has a wheelchair-accessible lift. The water in the kitchen is purified into drinking water by a water filter. Internet and smart TV complete your stay.



There is also a parking space in the underground car park (not suitable for large cars and vans).



The bus station is just a 10-minute walk away and offers excellent connections to the surrounding areas.



Due to its fantastic location, the apartment is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the city and the beach.

We left 4 days early due to the entire process being one big ordeal. I am writing this as fair as possible to keep it as professional as possible. We were charged fees that were not listed on the Expedia listing when booked. I wrote Expedia about wanting to cancel and instead of helping or assisting they told me to write VRBO who wrote Novasol who is the actual company over seeing the property. You will be charged extra for dirty old towels and dirty sheets. If you are going to charge it should be new sheets and new towels for every stay. My opinion is the owner of this property simply left one day, left all their old stuff behind and turned into an rental property. The pans are not usable and the amenities of the place lack any type of quality.The property is old and outdated so know this before booking. The biggest issue is with Novasol the property host. They would not work with me at all about the extra charges that were not listed. I finally received an email that said we did not have to pay the extra sheets and towels payment but when we arrived the lady had no idea and still charged us. Novasol will not return any of those extra fees. I would recommend to highly inspect everything I mentioned before booking. Maybe you stay here and you like it, that's fair but for me it's been a very costly and unfortunate stay.
