Dream beach vacation condo with heated beach-side pool!

Welcome to our little slice of paradise with an unobstructed Gulf-view located on the magical white powdered sands of Indian Shores beach across the street from the famous Salt Rock Grill and just steps from many other restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery and convenience store. The condo is almost literally on the water as it is a mere 25 yards from the building to the beach and less than 100 yards from the condo balcony to the water! Our home-away-from-home has been completely renovated and updated and includes a walk-in shower, balcony grill, and 1 Gbps high-speed internet. The building includes a beach-side, heated pool, onsite reserved parking, same floor coin laundry, and community room with a pool table. John’s Pass, St Pete and Clearwater Beach, just to name a few, are easily reachable via a trolley stop feet from the property. See the video walk thru of your dream beach condo. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please dispose of garbage in the trash shute next to the coin washer and dryer, load and start the dishwasher using the detergent provided, and leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor.

Close the sliding glass balcony doors, leave keys up front on the hooks, and return the orange parking pass to the basket.

If anything was broken or otherwise needs repair or replacement let us know

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

$50 for lost building key. $250 cleaning fee if over 1 month. $1,000 fine for any smoking in the unit or balcony plus the actual cost to remediate.

HOA requires a application be completed providing guest contact information, vehicle and that they are to abide by HOA rules.

In booking, all guests agree to the Rental Agreement terms and conditions, including consent to affix the guest’s electronic signature to the same.
