Spanning nearly 4,700 sq. ft., this 4-story house with elevator comfortably sleeps large families or groups: 4 bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. An additional bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds, ideal for kids, guests, or overflow.

Beach chairs, umbrella's and tent's - fully equipped your stay in the sand! After a day at the beach relax and put a movie on in the Theater Room, or one of the Smart TV in each room. Open-plan dining, chef’s kitchen, and two dining tables in addition to the seated kitchen island. Watch the stars from the loft-deck with elevator access

The home we stayed in was absolutely amazing we truly couldn’t have asked for more. The view alone felt like a 3 million-dollar experience, and the decor was so warm and welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the coffee being stocked to the linens being perfectly organized it was impeccable. Our whole family had a fantastic time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!

We had an incredible week! If you're looking for the perfect house for large gatherings this is a must! The house, the view, all the comforts of home and special unique touches make this a getaway you will love! We appreciated the downstairs set up for all the kids to have their own space while the adults really enjoyed the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, living room and adult spaces . Tons of supplies made it very easy to just settle in and relax and enjoy and an incredible beach spot!

I'm a husband, dad of three children, and sports coach who values time well spent and experiences shared. I’m a dog lover, very health-conscious, and part of a family cattle farm, which keeps me grounded, active, and connected to nature. Self-employed as an architect and builder, I appreciate having the flexibility to work while hosting our home that we cant enjoy enough ourselves. I have tried to create spaces that feel thoughtful, comfortable, and easy to enjoy — places that support both connection and quiet moments. The best memories aren’t wrapped—they’re lived, and they tend to outlast any holiday or celebration.

Why they chose this property

We chose this part of New Smyrna Beach because it offers the perfect balance of quiet coastal living and convenient access to everything the area is known for. Tucked into a more residential stretch of the beach, the neighborhood feels relaxed, private, and far less crowded than many Florida beach destinations, while still being just minutes from Flagler Avenue, Canal Street, great restaurants, marinas, shopping, and local attractions.

What drew us in most was the atmosphere — wide sandy beaches, peaceful morning walks, ocean breezes from the deck, and the slower pace that makes it easy to truly unwind. The area still holds onto its authentic beach-town character, with protected dunes, sea turtle nesting season, dolphins offshore, and beautiful sunrises right outside your door.

For families and groups, it’s an ideal setup. Parking is a must and this house has it - where others don't. The beach is easily walkable, the neighborhood is quieter than the busy tourist zones, and the home was designed to encourage gathering, relaxing, and enjoying indoor-outdoor coastal living. We wanted 3309 Hill Street to feel less like a rental property and more like your own private beach house getaway.

What makes this property unique

One thing that truly sets 3309 Hill Street apart is how intentionally the home is stocked for real-world stays. We’ve stayed in enough vacation rentals ourselves to know how frustrating it is to arrive at a large home with only two trash bags, a few dishwasher pods, and one extra roll of toilet paper. We designed this experience differently.

Our “starter kit” is far beyond the typical vacation rental setup. The home is generously stocked with essentials throughout the property, including ample bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, dishwashing supplies, and everyday household items that larger groups actually use. The kitchen is fully outfitted for entertaining and extended stays, complete with both a fully stocked Keurig and fully stocked Nespresso coffee bar, paper plates, cups, plasticware, serving pieces, and a wide range of cooking essentials.

The goal was simple — we wanted guests to spend less time making emergency store runs and more time enjoying the beach, the house, and time together. While every guest’s needs are different, we’ve tried to stock the home in a way that feels welcoming, practical, and noticeably more thoughtful than the standard short-term rental experience.
