Welcome to Casa del Vistas Pedregal!
Your Vacation home sits in the hillside of the beautiful Blue Bay gated community.
It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Downtown San Lucas, walking distance to your own private beach where it is a daily occurrence to see and experience the beauty of multiple species of whales, especially mid December through mid April; It is their winter nursery warm calm water= safer babies!

Welcome “home”with views from every room never miss a sunset or a sunrise. This open condo floor plan ensures quality time in a space well designed for your privacy as well.
The Master suite is to the left with boasting scenic views of the city and the ocean alike. King Bed with ample Closet space, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The Queen Suite offers views of its own, and two additional roll out beds as needed, You will find another full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Both Suites are SmartTV ready, WiFi equipped, and bath towels & Beach towels provided per guest.
The kitchen has all you will need to make your cooking and dining as efficient as possible.
A spice rack for your convenience, and that added extra flavor.
A water cooler for purified cold/hot water at any time, hydration to keep you moving through your days.
Custom Bar Stocked with any glassware you may need for that sunset cocktail as you go out onto the balcony where you will find the lounge sofa seating awaiting as you take in the last light of the day.

You will be greeted by our very own upon arrival, to help with any luggage and assist as needed. Groceries upon arrival? Request at booking, and sit back and enjoy the flight to your vacation home.

Casa del Vistas Pedregal has exactly what you are looking for location, view, and all the essentials for a relaxing memorable stay.

Please be mindful, this is a residential community and they do not tolerate any loud noise after 10pm. We ask that you are respectful to the community and any loud noises are kept indoors respectfully. If for some reason security is called to the property it could result in a fine that is the renters responsibility.
