This beautiful, modern house facing south has incredible charm. The accommodation is located in the countryside of the pretty village of Saint-Paulet-de-Caisson, a stone's throw from the Ardèche and Vaucluse. You will immediately be delighted by the green garden with trampoline, games and swing for your children, as well as the well-equipped pool house (barbecue, gas stove, sink, shower, toilet) and private pool. A very comfortable sofa bed awaits you in the living room.

Discover this magnificent region, just 7 km from St Martin d'Ardèche with its taverns, mini golf course, beaches and night market in summer. This lively village is ideal for relaxing, swimming, picnicking and pedal boating. The town of Pont St Esprit, overlooking the Rhône River and other amenities, is only 4 km away.

Indulge in tree climbing or canoe down gorges to discover the best of this area. Nearby, charming villages such as Cornillon, Goudargues and its shady canal, the famous village of La Roque sur Cèze with its 14 km long Sautadet waterfalls, Aiguèze and its breathtaking views or Barjac, the "village of character" famous for its second-hand market await you. Make the detour to Alès and its sandy beaches along the river.

Great stay

Our stay went very well. Fransje is responsive, welcomed us very well and answered all our questions. The house was very clean when we arrived. The check-out procedure was also very easy. The house is very well located, quiet and private without being isolated from everything. There's PLENTY of outdoor space for young and old to enjoy. The facilities (indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen, games, etc.) are great. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, exactly as indicated in the description. The only thing we would find to improve: the person in charge of the pool is not very reliable, he only came the day after our arrival to clean it and didn't come back in the middle of the week as he had told us. Other than that, we had an amazing week. Thanks!
