The host was very helpful from a few days before checkin through to the day we left.Great location and cosy but clean and tidy apartment that was perfect for me and a friend.Would recommend to others and hope to use again in the future on one of my many trips to the city each year

Below expectations 1. Size: studio size with dividing sliding walls (thin walled)2. Outside noise: very loud. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll have trouble sleeping here. 2. No amenities (shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent) provided.3. Location - not the greatest neighborhood. Smoke shops, liquor stores, a small church next door with people passed out on the steps. 4. Dryer didn’t work and they didn’t fix it during my stay. 5. The neighbor downstairs was blasting their music which reverberated the floors. 6. They asked me to leave the keys in a lockbox for maintenance to come take a look at the dryer. When I got back from my day trip, the host couldn’t get me the keys so I was stranded outside for 2 hrs. I ended up getting a hotel room. Once I received notification that the keys were available, I picked up my property and left for my hotel.

We had a great stay at this property in New York. The place was very clean, well‑kept, and in excellent condition. The location is perfect — we were traveling for business, and being so close to the Javits Center made everything incredibly convenient.The only thing I would recommend is adding an air conditioner to the main bedroom, as it gets quite hot. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would stay again. Thank you.
