We live in the small cottage next door with our senior pets: the friendliest cat you'll ever meet and a mellow cockapoo (cockadoodle?). They will likely come over to say hi. We would love to get to know you and have you over to visit, but we are also respectful of guests who prefer their privacy.

Why they chose this property

Welcome to serene country living. Beautiful views of meadows and mountains abound in our neighborhood. It's a great place for walking or biking, with many nearby nature trails. The swimming hole on the Green River down the road is a popular spot in the summer. In the winter, skiiers enjoy three convenient local ski areas. Great theaters, museums, shopping and dining are within an easy 10-15 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

Rustic vibe with modern amenities. This lovely farmhouse is situated on the land for superior views and optimal sunlight. Enjoy entertaining on the porch overlooking our gracious upper and lower meadows. Be sure to enjoy our blueberries, apples and peaches when they're in season. We typically have a bumper crop!

The house was built to be toxin-free and sustainable, using reclaimed wood, solar power, and geo thermal climate control. It is safe for people with chemical sensitivities.
