Explore the cove by kayak then unwind on the hammock or relax fireside.
With 2 kitchens, 2 dining spaces, 2 living spaces, 2 decks and an enclosed porch you are sure to find a favorite spot! All bedrooms boast a lake view & have their own tv for your convenience. Plenty of parking for guests, and the cove location offers great access just off the main channel — this home is perfect for making unforgettable family memories! (No events. Bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.)

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all the items at dock are placed back where you found them & dock locker is nice & orderly. Kayaks & water mat should be strapped & locked the way you found them. Remove all trash from dock.
Leave all bedding on the beds! Please turn down the bedding halfway on any used beds to notify the cleaning crew which beds need to be cared for. We appreciate your cooperation.
Set AC to 75 degrees during the summer months or set heater to 58 degrees during winter months at check out. Place all used towels in the bathroom showers. Trash to dumpster. Lock all windows & doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum age of 25. All guest must register in the booking platform within 48 hrs of booking. Primary booker must be present the entire stay.
No events/parties. Bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized events will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Outdoor quiet hours 10PM-8AM. Immediately advise host of any issues or accidental damage.

We spent an extended weekend here with close friends and our kids. The bedrooms were perfect so each family had their space, while the openness of the living areas were amazing to enjoy each others company. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need, and very nice cookware and bakeware. The mattresses were very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The kids loved the game room as well, and held their attention after dark! We spend our days on the dock, and having access to the locker with the lily pad, and floats were game changers! The Elam’s have taken care of everything you need even extra towels! The Elam’s have wonderful house, and are quite possibly the best host you could have! Don’t think twice about booking, just do it you won’t regret it!
