Reasonably priced, clean home

The home is only a short drive from downtown Frankfort and was also well situated for a weekend of distillery visits, so it worked well for the purpose of our visit.

This was a great house in a perfect location for a whole set of places we needed to get to in Frankfort. Thir was very friendly and helpful. We'll stay here again if we come back to Frankfort.

The house is very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as some historical sites and parks. I stayed with my husband and our 2 dogs, so we didnt need 3 bedrooms but enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area.

Convenient location

Overall, our stay was good. My friend and I stayed here as we were completing a two-day bike ride in a nearby city. The location off the highway was very nice as it was easy to get to and from our event, as well as distillery tours. The amenities were lacking a bit compared to other VRBOs I’ve stayed at, but not enough for me to rate it below 4 stars. I wish they would have provided an extra hand towel as we only had one for one of the two bathrooms, but we used a full size towel instead. Furniture in the living room wasn’t comfortable, but we stayed in our rooms in the limited time we were there, and the beds we slept in were both very comfortable.

Stay in Frankfort

Thir’s place was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax! We got in later than expected and were easily able to get check-in information from the host to access the lockbox. There are two front doors, I’m guessing one was the host’s entrance, it was a bit unclear when we first arrived which door we should enter. We had a short stay and left early, we were unsure if we had access to the backyard to let our dogs run as there was no door from the interior to the yard. Overall I would recommend this property!

Overall, very nice stay easy to locate and work with host. One comment I will say is I had my 80 year old mother with us, there was no outside light on for us and we arrived after dark. Then we came in dropped our things and left a light on in the living room while we grabbed dinner so that upon our return we would have the light. When we returned the light had been turned off, meaning the host had to have turned it off from inside the house. That felt very invasive and unsecure. Because of this we will not be back or recommend. Thank you,

Good stay during bad storm

We arrived during a down pour and hadn't received good check-in instructions. Power was out so door won't open. Owner who was staying in converted attached garage came over and opened the door for us. House was spacious, furnishing are a bit dated but functional. We wanted to wash our rain soaked clothes but we were not able to locate washer listed in property amenities. Door lock again would not function when we left to get dinner. Owner was able to fix by replacing battery. There is room for improvements but overall a decent comfortable home.
