Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, jedoch war ein unangenehmer stechender Geruch in der Wohnung. Zusätzlich ist Zigarettenqualm von den Nachbarwohnungen in die Wohnung gezogen. Ab 21:00 Uhr fingen Nachbarn an Lärm zu machen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nebenan.

Waren über die moderne Einrichtung in dem Objekt sehr zufrieden, uns hat es nicht viel ausgemacht, aber wenn jemand Probleme mit viel treppensteigen hat wäre diese Wohnung dafür nicht geeignet.

Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Ort

Das Objekt befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Direkt am Marktplatz gelegen ist man mittendrin dabei ohne das es stört. Das Appartement liegt im Dachgeschoß hoch über dem Marktplatz. Vom im Gebäude untergebrachten Eiscafé hört man kaum etwas und nach 21:00 Uhr ist Betriebsende. Die Einrichtung ist gut und zweckmäßig. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein

Sehr schöner Urlaub in perfekter Umgebung

Zusammenfassend kann man sagen hier stimmt einfach alles. Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter der bei der Ausstattung nicht nur an alles gedacht hat, sondern auch bei der Einrichtung auf Qualität geachtet hat. Sei es bei dem Boxspringbett im Schlafzimmer sowie auch das Sofa im Wohnzimmer es passte einfach alles. Weiterhin liegt die Wohnung wie auch im Inserat angekündigt sehr zentral. Also wir kommen sicher wieder nach Ebermannstadt.
