A small house- but probably a house of your dreams! Nice beach, very cared, sany and some rocks ( round ones). Diving school at the beach. Romantic garden hidden by plants and flowers- watch the photos. Opening to the south.

Come and see- you'll like it!: You will like the houses and you will come back- nearly everybody gets in love with the island and its people! We come there it's 17 years now!!!!! The water is really clear, there are a lot of nice little romantic villages- not too far away- you can make a tour round the island in about 4 hours by car! The ferry is not expensive and takes only 1 hour- please ask us- we will help you and answer all your questions- before you go ( even on telphone) or when you need help in Italy we're always available by phone. the owner of the houses is a friend of us- he will be there to help you , too. We meanwhile had some English people- even honeymooners! So the tipps for you ( with all that stuff where we think you should buy your bread, what you could do with children/ without, which beaches we think you should go to with small children, shopping tipps:_))from us and our Italian friends are available for you in English, too.

Das Haus hat eine Traumlage direkt am Strand mit einem großen Garten und einer tollen Terrasse. Direkt neben dem Haus läuft ein kleiner Bach, der ins Meer mündet. Dort konnten die Kinder super Staudämme bauen Die Lage ist ein toller Luxus, den wir sehr genossen haben. Aber auch die Buchten in der Nähe sind gut zu erreichen und wunderschön.

Der Garten und das Haus sind direkt am Strand, da geht es eben hin- kein Berg, kein Hügel, logischerweise kann man dann nicht aufsMeer blicken. Dafür ist das Meer wirklich zu hören, ist keine 100m weg, wenn man das Gartentor aufmacht, sieht man das Meer und den Strand.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem kleinen Häuschen, direkt am Meer verbracht. Der wunderschöne Garten,die Schattenspendende Terrasse und die erfrischende Außendusche haben uns einen wunderbaren Rückzugsort gegeben, wenn es am Strand zu heiß wurde. Die Lage ist sensationell und die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern sowie Check-In&Out schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Soggiorno spettacolare

Una casa sulla spiaggia fantastica, per noi ed il nostro cane. Molto pulita, con tutti i comfort. Camera spaziosa, cucina molto bella e ben fornita, bagno con doccia grande e un giardino recintato che affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia,meraviglioso. La veranda fra il giardino e la casa tutta pavimentata in legno e di una grande comodità , con sdraio tavolo e sedie . Posto auto in giardino molto utile considerando che parcheggiare a Seccheto durante il giorno è difficoltoso! Sicuramente torneremo!

Sie wollen wieder kommen! here in English: 5/5 Spectacular stay Great beach house for us and our dog. Very clean, with all the amenities. Spacious room, very nice and well stocked kitchen, bathroom with large shower and an enclosed garden overlooking the beach itself,wonderful. The veranda between the garden and the house all paved in wood and a great comfort , with deck chairs table and chairs . Eine kleine Oase

Wir sind begeistert von unserer kleiner Entdeckung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Unsere Kinder haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Ferien ohne Stress. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche hat einen neuen Geschirrspüler bekommen. Der Strand ist für uns super, da er nicht zu gross ist. Das absolute Highlight für uns war die Pergola.

Ja, das ist schon was Besonderes: So ein Häuschen mit direktem Zugang an den Strand! Das entspannt das Familienleben immens! Un der Garten tut sein übriges dazu: Ferien pur! 5/5 A small oasis We are thrilled with our little discovery. We will definitely be happy to come back next year. Our children enjoyed it to the fullest. Vacation without stress. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen got a new dishwasher. The beach is great for us because it is not too big. Ottima vacanza

Casa comodissima per andare in spiaggia per passare una bella serata pranzare e guardare il mare. Vicinissimo il barettino sulla spiaggia e altrettanto vicino il ristorante "al vecchio forno" dove si mangia benissimo. Che volere di più? Bellissima la doccia in giardino. Buona vacanza!

Be prepared for disappointment!

After our stay in 2020, we reported many issues with this house to the booking agent who stated the matters were well known but couldn't be solved before the start of the holiday season due to the covid outbreak. We understand mistakes can happen so this year we decided to give it another chance due to its great position, sure the problems would have been solved, only to discover they had not, and that the overall situation was even worse. - The front deck is completely uneven and loose. Very dangerous. Children hurt their feet several times and got splinters. -The bedroom wardrobe has a severe smell of mold, therefore is unusable. - The concrete Barbecue has deep cracks throughout and can collapse anytime during use. - The outdoor area seems completely abandoned. - The two sunbeds provided are both damaged and filthy. - There is a bad sewer issue. Last year while taking a shower, the toilet flooded the whole bathroom and corridor with sewage. You can imagine how unpleasant that could be. This year, the keyholder told us we could expect similar issues but not to worry because he could easily disassemble the sewer pipeline running under the deck and clean it with a stick !!!

Das Häuschen liegt wirklich nur wenige Meter vom Strand-jeder kann ans Meer gehen und schwimmen, am Haus bleiben, wie jeder Einzelne mag, das ist Urlaub pur! Wir freuen uns immer sehr, wenn die Gäste erzählen, dass sie total zufrieden waren und eine tolle Zeit hatten. Dabei wollen wir gerne helfen!

Una bellissima vacanza "sul mare"

Ho passato 15 giorni in questa casetta meravigliosa, dotata di tutto quanto serve, ma soprattutto con una posizione meravigliosa, proprio sulla spiaggia! Casa pulita e accogliente, il Signor Roberto che ci ha accolto è gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi "inconveniete". Veramente da consigliare a chi ama relax e tranquillità!

La casetta e veramente solo pochissime passi da mare, dalla spiaggia !! Cosi ognuno posso fare che desidera- sia andare al mare oppure restare i giardino!! Anche la climatizzazione oppure il riscaldamento c'e!! Das Häuschen ist wirklich direkt am Strand, nur ganz wenige Schritte vor ans Wasser. Auch herrliche Ausflüge lassen sich machen, Sie bekommen dazu Tipps von uns und unseren Gästen! Im Haus ist alles, damit Sie sich auch selbst versorgen können- bei dieser herrlichen Lage mag man vielleicht lieber im eigenen Garten essen und spielen. Bellissime Vacanze- tolle Ferien- das ist im La Spiaggia gut möglich!

La casa era accogliente. Dotata di tutti i comfort. Tra cui condizionatore, lavatrice e lavapiatti Tutte le stoviglie. Era a un metro dal mare. Per cui comodissima per la spiaggia. È facile trovare la prima più fila basta alzarsi alle 07:30 per piantare l'ombrellone. In casa il relax e' d'obbligo con sdraio e doccia esterna... Che dire tutto magnifico Ciao Riccardo

Grazie mille! Das freut uns doch sehr- das Häuschen war gemütlich, hatte allen Komfort! Darunter Klimaanlage ( im Schlafzimmer, füge ich hinzu, aber da ist sie ja am wichtigsten), Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine. Ein Meter vom Meer ( naja, es sind mindestens 10 Meter!sage ich), Ganz easy, um an den Strand zu kommen. Der Mieter empfiehlt, früh aufzustehen und ( in der Hochsaison) schon mal einen Sonnenschirm am Strand zu positionieren! Natürlich gibt es Liegestühle und eine Außendusche- also alles sei " magnifico"- toll!! Dies ist die Übersetzung für die deutschen Gäste- oben ist das Original!

Toller Strandurlaub mit kleinen Kindern

Wir waren im September mit 2 kleinen Kindern (4 Jahre und 8 Monate) in diesem schnuckeligen Ferienhaus. Das Haus gleicht einer Gartenlaube, die einfach aber funktionell ausgestattet ist. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind traumhaft schön. Der Strand ist sauber und gepflegt und die Leute (hauptsächlich Italiener und Deutsche) sind sehr zivilisiert. Die Strandbar bietet kleine Snacks und guten Espresso. Im hinteren Bereich des Strandes fließt ein kleiner Gebirgsbach (knöcheltief). Das Wasser ist eiskalt, aber die Kinder lieben es Staudämme zu bauen und kleine Steine und Muscheln zu sammeln. Das Wasser im Meer ist ganz klar und man kann super schnorcheln und Fische beobachten. Für die Kinder gibt es am Ende des Strandes Felsen und auch im Wasser immer wieder große Steines von denen man prima ins Wasser springen kann. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, der alles bietet was man braucht. Den Großeinkauf kann im Supermarkt im Nachbarort erledigen. Es gibt 2 Restaurants die ganz ok sind. Wenn man richtig nett essen gehen möchte, bietet sich Portoferraio oder Marciana Marina an, wo man schön am Meer oder der Piazza sitzen kann. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub mit 2 kleinen Kindern, weil man keine Tasche packen muss und für alles was man braucht (Toilette, Dusche, Milchschnitte, Apfelschorle) eben schnell "nach Hause" gehen kann. Kaum zurück, haben wir fürs nächste Jahr gleich wieder gebucht ;o)

Erholung pur!

August 2010 Das Inserat hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Ideal mit Hund, da super eingezäunter Garten. Gartentüre auf und schon ist man am Sandstrand (Ideal für unsere Kinder). Nach dem schwimmen Gartentüre wieder zu und man hat eine super schattige Terrasse ganz für sich alleine! Am Haus gab es auch nichts auszusetzen, alles sauber. Super Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen um die Ecke. 99,9 % für dieses Feriendomizil, das 1 % war die nicht vorhandene Kaffeemaschine.(Nächstes Jahr werden wir 100% erreichen, da wir eine mitnehmen.)

wir waren zu zweit mit unserem schäferhund in dieser traumhaften villa. wunderschönes haus mit klimaanlage im schlafzimmer, vor allen dingen ist der sehr saubere strand nur etwa 20 m entfernt.an dem haus fliesst ein bach vorbei,der aus den bergen kommt und in dem sich unser hund täglich aus getobt hat.dieser kleine ort seccheto ist äusserts liebenswert , hat zwei klasse restaurants ,zwei lebensmittelmärkte die alle vom haus aus in 50 m erreichbar sind zum schluss noch ein kompliment an die elbaner,durch die bank freundlich,hilfsbereit und nett.wir wollen dieses paradies natülich wieder besuchen
