Great Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the house, its amenities, and proximity to the lake. The house was spacious and thoughtfully curated. The owners were also extremely nice as well. When I come back to Shasta, I plan on renting this place again. Thank you for having us here!!!!

awesome location, great stay

we had a great time staying at lakeshore retreat. it was really convenient to be able to walk to the beach. our boys were able to fish right off of the beach and caught a couple of bass.

Amazing house and relaxing stay

This is about my families fifth stay at Shasta Lake Resort Retreats, and we have always been extremely happy with all our stays. We have upgraded to bigger and nicer houses over the years and Unit #20 to this point has been the pinnacle of our stays. The house is gorgeous, modern, spacious, and has a front lake view. It has all the amenities necessary for a great get away and the master bathroom shower with it rain head and multiple additional shower heads soothes away all aching muscles from a hard day of surfing or wake boarding. The kitchen is spacious, updated, and gorgeous. I highly recommend Unit #20.

Great Stay

Property was very clean and the description was accurate. Great location. We were there in late July and the lake was a little bit of a walk from the house, which is to be expected this time of year. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others!

First Visit, DEFINITELY not the last!

I was very nervous about renting this home (1st time), turned out to be the best experience!! I was blown away by the kindness and accommodations from Lori and David. They sent extremely helpful emails to help us get ready for our trip and answered all my questions before I even had the chance ask. Before we even left, my family was already planning next years trip. Loved this place! The house was amazing, very clean and very spacious. All the rooms were large and comfortable, the water pressure was fantastic, the stove top was huge, so nice, we almost spent more time at the house than on the water.

Lakefront Perfection

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our large family to be able to enjoy the lake and be close to the Sugarloaf Marina. I love Shasta and this will be the only place we stay when we vacation here!

Great Location

The location of the house was awesome. We could walk to our boat at Sugarloaf. We cook, and the kitchen had every item we needed plus more. We really appreciated the space. Great place to gather family.

Better than the most PERFECT AWESOME ever.

This house was so great! Better than pics, and the pics look amazing! My female cousins on my mums side flew from all over the country and my sister and I flew our 88 year old mum to reunite with her 91 year old brother for the first time in 20 years....and to literally say good bye. We had an epic time sitting on the porch and telling stories with a STUNNING VIEW! Beds were super comfy, house was STOCKED with kitchen stuff, games galore. Everyone in town was ridiculously nice, it made the trip even better.....I HIGHLY recommend you rent this place!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc and Tammy's home. The home is fantastic, the view was great and with the lake level up we walked right from the home to the water. The location was walking distance to the Sugarloaf Marina as well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Marc and Tammy!
