Frankly, I cannot say enough nice things about this rental! We picked this rental due to the proximity to our basketball tournament in Stone Mountain - only 5 miles away. The condo was in perfect condition! It was beautifully finished and furnished. We must have been the first family to stay in this unit because everything was brand new! The hosts were kind and very responsive. The rental was tucked into a quiet area. When we visit this area, we will stay here every time! Thank you for such a great experience!
I had pros and cons of my stay.Pros: The parking lot, building, and residence looked new. The decor was awesome and the unit looked very clean. The photos are absolutely accurate. The location was very convenient and I would recommend a stay here. **It should be mentioned that there is a physical key to access the apartment that the host can leave attached to the stairs in a lock box with an access code. A code is given for you to access the building to get to the lock box.Cons: There is no elevator so you have to climb flights of stairs each time you come and leave, even with your luggage. This may be difficult for those that cannot tolerate stairs. A cleaning fee is charged with your rental but you have to do a lot of cleaning related things, for example, you have to load your dishes and start the dish washer before you leave, you have to bag your trash and put it at the door/take it out, you have to gather your towels and take the sheets off the beds to prepare them for the cleaning. These house rules were noted online when booking. I gave a high rating because the place was very new and clean with great decor but I need to mention that we had a camera pointed at the door from inside the unit and we saw that the unit was entered while we were out for the day. While some may enjoy the extra attention, I do not like this, even if it is to just look inside. When we returned, the host told us that she left the house rules.
