The house was very roomy. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom and smart TV which was much appreciated. Close proximity to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville. Very windy uphill road to access site. Nice views. Pet friendly, area of grass in front of the house for the dogs to use. Nice hot tub and game room, close proximity to a neighborhood pool. All hardwood floors making it easy to keep clean but definitely don't get mopped much. Bought a swiffer (dry and wet) to use while there which picked up a lot of debris on the first day. Bath towels very thin. No counter space in several bathrooms. Great to have a washer/dryer available on site.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, private bathrooms and TVs, hot tub, game room, location, and pet-friendly amenities during your two-week stay. We’re sorry to hear the floors did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness very seriously and will be reviewing this feedback with our cleaning team to ensure the hardwood floors are receiving the attention they deserve between stays. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bath towels and will take that into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. The bathrooms in the home do vary in size and counter space, and we do our best to accurately showcase each bathroom in the listing photos so guests can see the layout and amenities before booking. We truly appreciate you choosing Sweet Retreat for your extended stay and for sharing your feedback. It helps us continue to make improvements for future guests.
