Located in an exclusive setting, not far from the sandy beach and the promenade of the Baltic Sea resort, Haus Seydlitz is situated in a quiet side street. It impresses with its traditional resort architecture, featuring a white facade and bright interiors.
The area is characterised by stately villas and residential complexes typical of seaside resort architecture.
Close to the Kurhaus and the 4 km-long, idyllic beach promenade with its numerous shops, cafés, and bars.
Lake Schmachter is located to the southeast and is about 600 m away. It features well-maintained bike and hiking trails, and there’s a water playground for the little ones.



Apartment 13:

A beachfront 2-room apartment located on the ground floor, suitable for 1–2 people. Very tastefully furnished with all modern conveniences, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, and glass-ceramic cooktop that opens onto the living area. Bedroom with a box-spring bed and a spacious closet. Bathroom with a shower and toilet. Lovingly furnished living room with a comfortable couch, armchair, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent furnished covered balcony. This apartment is particularly bright (large window front). Coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building.One parking space and storage for bicycles are available on the property. Dogs are allowed (fee: 10 per night).

Es war alles ausnahmslos richtig gut. Wir wurden an der Wohnung freundlich erwartet & das Wäschepaket, das ich vergessen hatte zu bestellen, wurde unmittelbar nachgeliefert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut & liebevoll ausgestattet.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der tollen Fewo. Der Empfang war, durch Frau Köpcke, sehr freundlich. Wir haben bei der Küchenausstattung nichts vermisst. Auch die Nähe zum Strand fanden wir toll. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf möglich ist.

Binz im September 2023

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Binz. Das Wetter war bombastisch 😃☀️😎🌊die Ostsee wunderbar erfrischend und glasklar. Binz war in dieser Zeit nicht zu überlaufen, wir haben ins sehr gut erholt 😊

Urlaub in Binz

Wetter, Unterkunft, Gegend sehr empfehlenswert. Nur die Zeit ( 8Tage) einfach zu kurz. Aber man kann ja wiederkommen.

Optimale Lage

Wir waren schon oft auf Rügen, hatten aber noch nie in Binz gewohnt. Auch durch diese schöne, helle, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt haben wir einige wunderbare Tage dort verbracht. Auch alle Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein kurzer Herbsturlaub auf Binz

Ich war mit meiner Frau und Hund in der Fewo und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Beschreibung passte sehr gut. Da wir viel unterwegs waren und selten in der Fewo gegessen haben, passte das Kücheninventar auch. Für 100% Selbstversorger könnte der eine oder andere Gegenstand nicht schaden.
